Multimedia Vortrag X-Alps 2011 mit Heli Eichholzer

1.400 km legte der Kuchler Gleitschirmpilot Helmut Eichholzer mit dem Gleitschirm und zu Fuß beim Adventure-Race "Red Bull X-Alps 2011" zurück. Er nahm bereits zum dritten Mal am Extrem-Wettbewerb teil, der die Athleten von Salzburg über die Alpen und quer durch Osttirol nach Monaco führte. Einer der insgesamt 8 Wendepunkte war auch der Großglockner. Trotz des 13. Platzes, oder gerade deswegen, gibt es eine spannende Geschichte zu erzählen.

Der Kameramann Martin Szilagyi begleitete das Team und konnte viele außergewöhnliche Momente, darunter auch atemberaubende Aufnahmen aus Osttirol, festhalten. In einem 90-minütigen Multimedia-Vortrag werden die Erlebnisse, Höhen und Tiefen dieses Abenteuers zusammengefasst präsentiert. Der Multimedia-Vortrag ist am Samstag, 25. Der Task Heute ist abgesagt. Für die Piloten gibt es ab 15:00 ein gratis Bierfass. Heute: "Tiroler Abend" mit den "Oberlienzer Plattlern" und dem "Heimatland Duo" ab 20:00.

Der erste Task ist entschieden. Alex Hofer aus der Schweiz gewinnt 32 Sekunden vor Josef Brantner aus Österreich. Dritter wird der Franzose Jacques Fournier. Bester einheimischer Pilot ist Albert Lukasser mit einem sensationellen 42. Platz. Von den 129 gestarteten Piloten haben 62 das Ziel erreicht. Alle Ergebnisse gibt es hier

Die Aufgabe für heute ist gesetzt. Die Piloten sind in der Luft. Sie müssen den Startzylinder mit 2 km radius nach der Startzeit verlassen. Es stehen 4 Startzeiten zur auswahl: 13:30 13:40 13:50 und 14:00. Danach müssen sie folgende Punkte abfliegen:

Thal

Dölsacher Kirche

The task for today is set. The pilots are in the air. They have to leave the start cylinder with 2 km radius after the start time. There are 4 start times available: 13:30 13:40 13:50 und 14:00. After that they have to fly across the following points:
